Food Safety

Safety is our first priority. We want you to enjoy our food. We keep current with training and education 0n safe handling and preparation.

We maintain New Mexico Food Handlers Certification

Why only two boxed meals?

We are not a full-service restaurant, and therefore unable to provide a full menu. Also, it is very important for us to provide quality products and services. By limiting the quantity and variety we can assure both.

What type of Oils do you use?

We only use pure olive oil.

Can we order more than 48 hours in advance?

Yes, you may order up to four weeks in advance, 48 hours is the minimum required for boxed meals and family-sized meals. 

Special events require a minimum of three weeks of advance booking and payment.

MSG?

Never. In any of its forms.

Do you deliver?

Currently, we do not deliver
